Made a reservation on a Sunday at 8am for the next day at 4pm. Completed part of the check in through the prompted text message, yet when I arrived I was told that I made the reservation less than 24 hours so what I requested was unavailable there was only a small car available. I was given the option to take a small Hyundai which would not work out for my needs. Customer service rep didn't seem to care and suggested I could cancel. Shouldn't they want business, especially from a repeat customer?

Similarly to previous poster, I was also given this location to get my rental through insurance after an accident. I was given a reservation # on Sunday for an economy car pickup at 8:15am on Monday. When I arrived at approx. 8:05. They at first couldn't find my reservation, then told me they had no economy cars and I would have to pay extra for a full size sedan (I had to get to work and had no other option). Annoying, but whatever. They told me I could try and switch out later for an economy. I called at noon to see if any had been returned. They told me yes, that if I arrived between 3:30pm and they time they closed at 6pm they'd be able to accommodate switching my sedan to economy. Still not trusting them I called AGAIN at 4:25 to check and see if when I got there in an hour they would have a car for me, again was told yes. Get there, surprise surprise. No available economy size cars. I am not only now annoyed at this specific location, but Enterprise as a whole! Have called 4 different locations locally and cannot find an economy car.

They were SO RUDE. I was given this location to get my rental through insurance after an accident. The insurance company assured me they had a car for me. When I called they were absolutely unprofessional and I could hear another employee mocking me in the background. Don't even bother with this location, they act like children. I went to Hertz instead in Apex and they were kind, helpful and professional.

Worst customer service ever. This location was the 3th one to tell us they had the van we need and they even confirm it not only once but twice. We have to drive almost 2 hours to pick it up and they call me 30 minutes before to tell me they don’t have it. Please update your system. We are so disappointed, will never try to rent a car with this company ever.

Service was prompt, professional, and proactive. Everyone had masks on and took the necessary precautions for the pandemic. This including taking time to sanitize the vehicle before allowing me to get in, which was done where I could watch them do it. They made sure to confirm all of my questions were answered, and that I understood the details of the reservation. I was more than pleased with the service provided, and will definitely look to this particular location of Enterprise in the future, when I am ready for another rental.
