Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented from Enterprise for a long time and spent a lot of money. But that’s no more. I recently reserved a rental car in Greenville North Carolina at their Greenville Boulevard location. I called way before time and double checked and made sure we have everything that we needed to finalize The rental. I always do this to make sure I have all forms of ID and credit card or debit card needed for the rental. I recently had been raining in South Carolina but my wife being a travel nurse we were in North Carolina. So I really made sure we had everything we needed. When we got there 10 minutes before rental time we sit down our drivers license and debit card. At that time we were told they do not except debit cards after I had called and made sure that they did. They tried to say that I talk to the national office when I made sure that I press the proper numbers and talk to somebody at their facility. They took down all of our information and assured me that I had everything we needed. They continue to tell me they did not take debit cards because we had an out-of-state license after I have rented mini mini times and I was an enterprise plus customer. I asked the lady to get a regional manager on the phone or somebody out of their office that could help me all she could keep saying was it was their policy and I said I understood but I had a relationship already set up with enterprise from where I’ve rented many times. So I asked her up to three times to please get someone on the phone which she refused to do all she would do is hand me her card and her managers card at the branch which obviously was not gonna do me any good. It ruin my travel plans they had bad attitudes and I will never ever ever rent from enterprise again.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The entire procedure for rental is quickly done and completed. Explanations are sufficient and complete. Questions are quickly and sufficiently answered. I've rented many times over the years and have been pleased with this company every time. These folks also offer pickup and drop-off.

Customer service was top-notch. They made it quick and easy for me to get in and out. The young lady I spoke to was very sweet and polite and she was very knowledgeable.

I rented a Ford Escape over the phone. When I went to pick it up they had nothing for me to get. The reservation line was wrong. I asked if another location had a rental available. I was sent to the other location to find out that they didn't have what I ordered. The young woman there had a luxury SUV she could let me have. I didn't have much choice. I didn't find out until later I got the rental for the intermediate price. She was great and all the staff from both locations were great. This is the second time I used Enterprise both times was a good experience. I will use them again in the future. Thanks Enterprise.
