Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have always relied on enterprise! They have always had 100%clean super reliable transportation. Even before this covid-19. Don't matter what my case my be , business, personal or accident they've had my back. If you not going with enterprise, don't go at all. !! There's no exceptions.. Enterprise got your back!! Easy to work with. Just wish they had more trucks to offer. I've been without a vehicle for a month while waiting on insurance to pay for me another truck. I've called at least once a week to see if they had a truck and they never do. But I did get a nice Malibu to drive.

My experience with Enterprise was very good. They were there ready to answer any questions that I may have had no matter how many times I called them, they never had an attitude. I look forward to doing business with them again and would gladly recommend them.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY WORKED WITH ME WITH MY WORK SCHEDULE. THEY STAYED SAFE WHEN I HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE . I WOULD DEFINITELY USED THEM AGAIN.

The employees at Enterprise on Memorial Drive in Greenville NC are very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service.
