Hertz

This was a last minute decision for us. We had some car trouble with our personal vehicle. So we decided to rent a vehicle. Glad that we did.... because we have a Grand Jeep Cherokee.... so we rented a Jeep Wrangler! It was fun to drive. My 13 year old daughter Loved it. She wants to buy one.

Very convenient and easy to work with even for debit card users. Due to circumstances I couldn't foresee with repairs to my personal vehicle, I needed to extend this rental twice. With other businesses where I have run into this situation, I was able to renew or extend and get access to a weekly rate. That left me with a good customer sentiment. In this case, that was never offered which is the only negative in my experience. Everyone was reasonably courteous and professional, but I'll think twice based on the way the rental rate discussion went down.

Great service! Super friendly staff. In and out in 5 minutes. Car was very clean. Super easy drop off. Will be using Hertz again in the future.

Small airport but the cars are all in a garage. Signage could be better. When I returned the car after a major holiday all the Hertz spots were filled but one. I was lucky. I had no idea where to park if it was totally full. I had to write down my mileage, spot, etc...on the form and drop it off with the keys at the counter inside the terminal. Asheville is very easy to fly in and out.

Nice car, convenient location, friendly staff. Very accommodating with a special request. Everything went smoothly.
