Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Never had a better experience at another car rental place. Very easy process and professional. Great service!

Reserved a premium car to get there and be told that there are no premium cars. Better yet there was no cars on the lot to choose from. Orlando, the manager, worked with me and really helped me out and took care of me though. That was probably the best part of dealing with them. Ended up getting a standard car for our road trip and was able to enjoy the trip, but when we went to turn the car in, lo and behold the entire parking lot was full of rentals, to include at least one premium car. Very disappointed that we could not get what we reserved or was expecting but Orlando did bend over backwards to make the best out of the situation and to take care of us.

My grandmother recently rented a car from Enterprise in Shelby NC. She was very nervous about going through the process of renting a vehicle alone being that she's elderly. Well, since last week she has bragged and bragged about her experience with the company and how feels like she gained a friend in Raven Pearson. Raven made her experience as smooth as it could be. She talked about her customer service, how polite, and mannerly she was. Honest too goodness, my grandmother called me and asked if she could leave Raven a tip. So for me that means everything. I don't have any personal experience with this particular enterprise, but my grandmother was sure enough satisfied. So thank you to the kind people at Enterprise in Shelby NC and a even more special thanks to Raven. You really made a impression on my Grandma

Don’t do business with these crooks, said it was my fault that a deer hit me and try to put the claim under collision instead of comprehensive. Said if I would’ve bought their insurance I wouldn’t have to worry about it.
