Was not to happy with mu rental van. Inside and outside was not clean. Not sure if windows had ever been cleaned. Both front tires kept going flat and the registration was expired. Did not receive any compensation for trouble or having to pay for pumping up tires 3 times or for cleaning the windows so i could see out of them... This was the 1st time using this company and probably my last.. Not A Happy Customer!!!

It has nice cars wished I could buy the car that I got on rent from State Farm...but one thing I didn't like is I had to waste my gas and my time to haven't to come back there three times cause they wouldn't take my card I had from my bank So I had to wait three days without a car just cause they don't know how to help People out ud83dude02

Absolutely awful experience. Find someone else if you want anything done on time. My scheduled drop off time was 9am, they didnt arrive until 9:30. Then I had to ride another 20+ minutes back to the actual rental store because they only sent one person instead of dropping the car off to me like i had requested. Not only that, they are trying to charge me $57 every 2 days 3 weeks after I returned the vehicle saying they think I still have it! Avoid this business at all costs!

They are alright of a car place they have a sign up thats say don't worry about the gas you pay for it when you leave but they still tell you to fill it up shouldn't have had to but its all and one of the cheapest car rental places if you need a car got nice cars to

They have the smallest cars that are uncomfortable for the average driver. They also charge $10.00 a gallon to replace gas if you don't bring it back with the same amount of gas when you received the car. No choice on car sizes at all. They gave me a tiny Ford Fiesta that was very painful on my back. I called Enterprise and had my rental transferred to them. I had a perfect experience with Enterprise.
