Budget Car Rental

I have been dealing with Pat for the last 5 yrs. I rent a car from Budget every Holiday simply because I am too cheap to by a new car with cruise and blue tooth. This gives me a chance to drive different vehicles and ultimately saves money. Pat has always made sure my car was ready, clean and gassed up. It is nice to see a familiar face when you deal with the same company over the course of several years.

I had reservations with another company that will remain nameless and they failed to tell me what time they close so when I got there it was too late. So I was in a panic because I had to go out of town the next day. Then a friend said how about we go try Budget car rental. I walked in the door and then I showing man in there said sure and proceeded to take care of what I needed right then and there. I thought that was excellent service and a great personality at the counter. When I returned the card today I had another young man there and he was also just as nice and sweet as the first one. I will rent again from them and not the other people.

The man was very rude and sarcastic. We booked online the day before (which we know was late) and the website said it was available. The man was quick to let us know that “the internet is a lie and we should know that by now.” The moment we walked in the door he made us feel like he had no time to help us, mind you no one else was there, and lectured us like we were children. Nothing on Budget, but this location is terrible.

Made a major move from Asheboro to Morehead City. I looked at several options and decided to use Budget.nBest decision I made. Rented a 16 foot truck that was able to move everything I needed and more.
