Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So professional and helpful. Upon dropping my rental off, they even gave me a ride 10 minutes down the road to where my car was being repaired. Put me in a rental that strongly resembled my car so it wasn’t difficult to drive. Car was clean and in great shape. I’m terrible with names, but the gentleman with the AppState jacket was involved with most of my interactions and he was very professional and helpful. Definitely will use this place in the future for vehicle rental.

I rented from this location a few months ago. I was given a car that reeked of smoke, and told the representative I couldn’t drive it if it was going to smell like that. He suggested it would air out and that he didn’t smell it. I asked for an upgrade just to get out of that car. The next car also smelled like smoke. I didn’t want to complain again so I just accepted it. After getting home from this location I realized the car was filthy and even had a dead frog on the passenger side. I have since switched to the enterprise of Patton where I’ve gotten phenomenal service and much better and cleaner cars.

Rented a few weekends ago. Needed a minivan last minute on a Saturday - called around 10 AM (I believe they close at noon) thinking that it wasn't possible to get a van this last minute. Jason answered the phone and was fantastic! He held a minivan for me and even stayed a few minutes late because I was running behind.nThe minivan was very clean, had an extra Clorox wipe, and performed great - exactly what I needed.nLastly, I also bought the additional protection to make sure I did not have to worry about anything on my travels - Jason did a stellar job explaining the benefits of such product. Thank you Jason and Enterprise!!!

Ordered a standard, got a compact. The car was on Empty, the needs oil change light was on, and once I got on the highway I realized it had no windshield wiper fluid.

I was involved in an accident late Friday evening. Monday morning I contacted Enterprise and Stephanie was able to accommodate me on the spot. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend the team at Smokey Park Hwy. Fantastic customer service and amazing care for their customers.
