Smooth and fast transaction. The rental advisor was really friendly and got me promptly on my way to start my vacation. Highly recommend! Hard working folk at this location

It appears the staff don't always pick up the phone ( then call goes directly to a full voicemail). But if u keep trying n reach them, they are helpful. I wasn't able to get the car i initially wanted as the keys were not delivered after cleaning, so i got another one of my choice. Luckily i live near and the next day switched it back to original car booked...all worked out but there were struggles. Nice car; conveniently located.

Even though we arrived two hours early Hertz had our car for us. The Chrysler 300S was quite a surprise! Both pickup and return went smoothly. At one point I thought I would need a ride after returning the car. The staff was more than happy to do so. Couldn't ask for more!

Friendly and expedient service. Had car work done. They sent an Uber to both pick me up after dropping off my car and then an Uber to take me to my car.

I have a reservation through my insurance company .. at 9:20 am I tried 3 different phone number and no one is picking up the phone and the dedicated insurance line has a full mailbox. Not impressed by the way they conduct business.
