Budget Car Rental

Had just what I needed and was great would highly recommend this place

The manager who I've never seen while renting Bridget Whiteman was unorganized, rude, DISRESPECTFUL tone, and told me after I prepaid for a month to use another agency. I am loyal to businesses I like, BUT YOU LOST THUS DISABLED VETERANS BIZ FOR GOOD!!!!!

I understand this is a small airport but you'd think they'd have someone at the counter during business hours. I made a reservation online through Budget so I'd assume they have cars. Showed up at counter at 5:20 and I walked away a little before 6pm when the sign says 8:15pm as the close time. No one showed up, no one through the phone as I called a few times. Talked to someone else looking for people at the register also. It's my 1st time at this place, so maybe that's how the airport does things here.

I do not recommend budget at GTR airport at all. I got a car which had an issue ( steering wheel alignment). They give me another car which was very dirty inside and outside, I had no option but to keep the car cuz we had to drive to New Orleans and had hotel booking and everything. I recommend not to rent car from Budget , spend couple of bucks more and do Enterprise, they have much more better vehicles and customer service.
