This is a very busy location and the staff totally keeps up with the volume! Everyone is greeted in a timely manner and the rental/return is quick and simple. Superior customer service

Their rentals are affordable but they tacked on an unexpected deposit. They should alert their customers that there may be additional charges on top of the base rental fee. There was no explanation as to why such a high deposit was required. They also have a lot of rules to rent a car that seem to change frequently. For instance, I was told that they must have a credit card because I have an out of state license. I was told that if the renter had a in state license that we could use a debit card. They would not rent to my daughter, who had a MS license and a debit card. I have never been able to find all of these rules on their website. It is very frustrating.

The management is great, I have been dealing with Enterprise for many years and they know me so well (lol). The other day my experience was off and not by management. People were renting cars going one way which is fine this is a rental place but I am pretty sure corporate see the lack of available vehicles. I had to wait over 2 hrs for a vehicle after I had made reservations over a week ago and I was late leaving to where I had to go. That is my only complaint about Enterprise in years. So please corporate make sure they have vehicles or don't allow people to book. Thanks

This enterprise is a joke a family member of mines has a appointment last week which they had to wait to get a car and finally gets a vehicle and today they have to 12 to return it and they call and say you must return it immediately because they are closing early do to the weather and if you don't make it before they leave they will get charged for another day. That is straight junk we will never deal with them again and I dont recommend anyone to them.
