Its decent for the weekly prices, not really worth the weekend prices though. It's not the Hilton, but it's not hourly spots either. Its decent. Well at least the 3 rooms I've stayed in. Depends on the housekeepers cleaning skills and maintenance.

Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Door and lock were not the easiest. Had to insert the key multiple times before it would even register. Toilet didn't work, and since it was after maintenance went home we didn't have a flushing toilet.... Staff did try and make it right and refunded some money. Over all it was ok.

The staff is great but the rooms smell heavily like smoke. They have a pool but the water looks questionable. Pets are allowed here and my allergies are going crazy from the residual pet dander. Don't be surprised at the drug addicts around. But the place is cheap, RIGHT next to the mall and decently close to the beach. If you're a strong willed person this place won't phase you.

Literally walked in and walked out. Blood trail on room floor and the bed was covered in hair. This is a very seedy place. A small hotel with an armed security guy should tell you something. Stay here at your own risk. I'd rather sleep in my car. Cleaner and safer. Lastly, the pics listed of this place look bogus compared to what I witnessed.

My honest opinion: this place really does have potential but I think they are slacking major and it’s so avoidable and unnecessary.. They need to go through all the bedding and throw out any with even one stain.(this should be obvious) they need to clean better 100% and make some easy repairs like removing rust on the lamps..nnI mean it’s just lack of care and effort really. The room looks nice at first glance but it’s actually dirty and needs a DEEP clean.nnThey also have people living in these apartment who smoke so even if you get a nonsmoking room it smells like smoke.. if you have asthma I would be cautious. I did have to take my inhaler a few times this could also be due to dust.nnI really wish they would try a bit harder to update and make a comfortable stay for guests. Cause like I said it’s common sense things that every hotel should do which is have a clean space for people..nnThe parking was decent and my car wasn’t damaged or touched I felt like it was safe, I never did try to breakfast so I really couldn’t say much on that.nnI slept fine and I understand their prices are SUPER cheap so it was I guess fine. But they could really avoid these bad reviews if they put a bit more time in effort into cleaning.
