Comfort Suites

The rooms were nice and clean, but the pool is alot smaller than you would expect and the chlorine was strong. When we went the breakfast was microwaved biscuits and snack cakes. But the beds where very comfortable and bathrooms and such where so clean.

The staff was very nice. The front desk personnel, Haven, was super courteous and assisted with several questions I had. Indoor pool was smaller than expected, but my kids had a blast anyways so no complaints. No warm breakfast due to covid precautions.

Don’t stay here!!!! The room smelled sour, the room wasn’t cleaned well, there was food left in the refrigerator, we moved to another room, and food was left in the microwave. There was mold in the bathroom and no stop drain in the bathtub. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. Management refused to talk to me about it or never called me back after about 8 attempts of me trying to reach someone and leaving detailed messages. I filed a complaint with customer relations, they didn’t offer much assistance. Customer relations just referred me back to hotel management, they still haven’t returned my called after 5 days. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Stayed there for business, and as always, my guestroom was luxurious and clean. The staff was very courteous and especially helpful with locating a room that fit my specific profile requests. Their rates are not hard on the wallet, which make accommodations at this hotel a real value. I would highly recommend staying at the Comfort Suites, when visiting Gulfport.
