The car I requested was not available but, no worries because Houston accommodated me with a upgrade with no additional charges. The car was really nice. I wish I had taken pictures but I was too excited to go! Houston was very kind to me but overall, he maintained a very professional attitude despite having to deal with multiple people at once. Thank you and I enjoyed the ride.

Was picked up at the casino and had a good conversation with the driver sorry I can't remember his name. When we arrived at the office he drops me off at the door and I was helped by Houston who upgraded me to a jeep from a car and then did a walk through with me to make sure I knew how everything worked. Great experience from pickup to leaving. Great crew.

Car was ready to go when I arrived and Houston was personable and great to accommodate taking time to explain the rental agreement in detail. Nice to know the complete clean pledge is being exercised with Covid.

My rental vehicle was a 2019 Hyundai Tucson, from Sept 30-Oct 7. The vehicle was ready when I went to pick it up and was clean and sanitized. The staff in the Ocean Springs, MS center were very professional and courteous! The vehicle performed flawlessly. Upon return it was handled with the same courtesy and professionalism.
