Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved a compact and a few hours later showed up to a full sized pickup. I was told that's all they had. An hour later I get a call from them asking how I like my rental. (I just rented a vehicle from you and your calling me to see how I like it? Dude, I'm driving) I told her I wasn't happy with a full sized truck. She said I could come exchange it with a smaller car.nShould have given me what I asked for in the first place.nPoor, poor service.

Had to rent a car while in Diberville MS because our car was in shop.nService was great, very friendly staff. Rate was good and they worked with us when we had to extend and even quoted a couple other options. Easy to reach them on the phone.nThe car was clean.nCheck in was super easy and check out was just like that.nWe would rent there any time again for sure.

Customer service friendly but if you in serious need of a car for the weekend don’t rent here. They rarely keep cars in stock EVEN if you reserve the car online. I suggest using the airport in Gulfport if you want a sure fire in stock vehicle. Don’t risk it here. You be up the creek without a paddle on the weekends. Week days should be fine

My reservation was made for an intermediate, but when I arrived the only available rentals were a compact and a Mini-van. The Minivan was just too big for a single passenger and I was headed on a very long road trip and didn't want to be in s larger vehicle. I chose the compact since I was alone and the gas mileage should be good. This Compact was the absolute base model and had no options at all. Using turn by turn navigation was next to impossible and the hands free could not be used with nav at the same time. I was very unsafe for a long road trip. While the compact did offer the same or better fuel economy of the intermediate, it had a very small fuel tank which meant I lost a lot of time on my trip have to stop for gas. It got great gas mileage but had little to no real range. An intermediate was booked because it is best suited to my purposes. The available options were not acceptable replacements. This was not a 2 day rental, this was a rental that I kept for 2 whole weeks while working out of town and used to commute to work daily during those 2 week. The pains of having a base model economy when I reserved an intermediate sedan were felt for more than just a day or two. I hope that enterprise does a better job in the future of fulfilling its reservations accurately.
