Budget Car Rental

Very easy process. Customer service was great, and price was perfect. Beats spending 3x as much to fly, for only a 7 hour drive. Plus great gas mileage only had to fill up twice for both ways. Over 1100 miles, total trip!

Agents were professional but friendly. Asked to exchange vehicle and the agent was very accommodating in handling my request. Their rates are almost always the best at the airport

Front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful she already had my stuff ready which made a big difference after being exhausted from plane ride. My car given was very good,and inside/ out appearance. The biggest thing is the price for a week was reasonable. I will be using them again.

Ugh. Told the man when checking in that I never rented here before. I asked about the gas rate and never got an answer. I had issues when I returned the car but the manager resolved my issue the next day and I really appreciate it!! I gave 2 stars because the car was not vacuumed and during the deadly pandemic of COVID 19 not only did I have the small expectation of having the car vacuumed but I had the nerve to expect a little sanitary wipedown...not. also, there is a 15 minute grace period to return the car in time or u are charged another day. Wow...while we were dropping off luggage and taking pics, we had no clue that we were being charged. Other companies give you 1 hour. I do appreciate the manager making the situation right but I will go back to Enterprise. OH and make sure you check your gas level before you sign and leave the premises.
