Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Awesome customer service and location.We have rented here several times while in Biloxi and are never disappointed.

Very easy renting at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS, although I learned that Enterprise has different charges based on where you rent within the same City. The Beau Rivage being the most expensive. That being said, it was a very pleasant experience. Our agent, Stef went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. I would strongly suggest that you make reservations in advance if possible because this location runs our of cars quickly on the weekend.

The Enterprise Staff at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS are always so friendly and efficient. I use them quite often for work and have never had a bad experience. Excellent customer service!

The experience was fine. The only improvement would be to have more vehicles available at this location. We didn't make a reservation for a vehicle for the day of our arrival so no fault of Enterprise for the unavailability of vehicle. We were able to reserve a vehicle for the next day. The vehicle was clean and new. The agent was courteous and helpful!
