Enterprise Rent-A-Car

There is usually a decent amount of different vehicles to choose from. The staff is is friendly & respectful. If u aren't satisfied with the vehicle u choose, switch it out until u find something u are happy with! Its very useful if u are between vehicles, or maby your vehicle needs repairs. Whatever your situation is, they will have a vehicle to serve your needs!

Today's visit was a night mare. I've Never been so disgusted. I reserved a vehicle almost three weeks ago and upon my arrival to pick it up they didn't have a vehicle for me and I have been renting from them five years. I'm upset.

They have good pricing and good selection.nThey also have nice employees! R.G.

I was in a hit and run accident on March 27, 2019. I was very distraught and was sent back to a reminder of when my daughter was involved in an accident that almost took her life. Fortunately the person at fault was located and I have a key witness and the case is ongoing.nnThat being said I called our insurance and started the proceedings in getting my car repaired and seeking a reputable rental car company. Since I drive a luxury car I was seeking a rental car comparable. I was communicating via text and email that the car I requested was available. As the personnel working at the Enterprise location stated they had the car we requested was available. As we entered the store everything discussed via email and text was out the window. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and even went so far as to advise us to go to another rental car agency. I have never experienced such unprofessional staff in one building. From someone who works in the Hotel and Tourism community, this store really needs to go through extensive customer service training program.

The staff was friendly curtious and very helpful. The car was outstanding . I had a Nissan kick for a few days ..i got a kick out of driving the kick. Thanks
