Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented from Enterprise for many years. This one particular visit was sort of upsetting. The location of my reservation changed without notifying me. I was granted an upgrade from the new location upon arrival. Service was quick and efficient. I feel that it was probably some last minute changes so I continued to rent the vehicle on go on my trip. Enterprise has always had wonderful staff and they demonstrate excellent professionalism and customer service. I have rented from other places because of the cheaper prices. But when unable to get those rentals, I do go with Enterprise.

Everyone was a huge help, especially Mason. High level of professionalism at this location.

I too used to use the place for my business trips. However my daughter recently rented through here and I think its because she is younger but they decided to charge her for another day when she turned it in after they closed. She chose to do after hour turn in when she made the reservation. They are scamming and I will not be renting from here again. My husband will also be leaving a 1 star review. Horrible customer service when she called as well. Never had problems when I rented from the one further down manchester. Their loss.

I used to use this place a few times a year. This time they decided to charge me for another day for turning the rental in after they close. When I made my reservation I chose after hour drop off anyways. I dont know why theyd charge me for a whole other day. You lost a customer permanently. I will go else where with my business from now on. Peace!

Everything was good but I was surprised that the car was unclean on the outside. It fact it was quite dirty. Usually a rental car has been washed . Not a big deal but surprising and disappointing.nnOtherwise, a good experience.
