Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The personal I was working with were very helpful & nice. My only downfall with this location is the car I was given for the weekend. The person before me must have smoked a pack of cigarettes a day in the car & made it disgusting to get in to.

Reservation Date: Sept (2- 4).nnReason for choosing this location: The prices look so high on Priceline which I use it to make reservations at Airport location, and came to realize that it was cheaper at Non-Airport locations including with Free Pickup & Drop- off.nnService by Enterprise Team: I'm impressed with the service given by Aaron ( Manager) & rider ( for drop-off and pick-up) ( I forgot his name - John/Ryan?? He's a teenager)n1) NOTE: I'm at different location when looking for pickup and drop off, but they helped me.n2) I was given a decent car, and the manager has reviewed it before giving me ( He checked Internal condition by simple test, not usually the tests for scratches ).n3) I'm a little bit late than the given drop off time, but the manager was so polite, professional and said it's completely fine with a smile. The person who's for drop-off and pick-up was a teenager, he's so professional and communicative with passengers when giving rides.nnFinal Decision: I'm gonna take car here soon.

Staff was nice. However, there were only a handful of cars available at the pick up time. The car that I had needed oil change but since it was a loaner car for me, I didn't ask much. Other than that all good.

Aaron was awesome. I had issues with my car and they took care of it all. I was out of state what could have been very stressful, wasn't. Great customer service from Kirkwood office and Fond du Lac WI office.

Kirkwood Enterprise was incredibly accommodating during a work related crisis that resulted in needing several cars at the last minute on a Friday afternoon.
