Fast and simple. Great prices and no surprise charges. Sabrina gave me great customer service. even while she was juggling several customers and managing the phone. She made it more personable of an experience , I didnt feel like just a another customer. I will never go anywhere else

Loving my experience with Sabrina Manley, everything was managed clear and accurate in a timely manner. I will recommend this location to anyone. It is less money because it is located off site of the Airport. You will not be disappointed ask for Sabrina.

These positive reviews about SABRINA have to be fake. She is rude. NO customer service skills. Hung up on me on Sat. I called back but never answered again. Called from a different number Monday morning. Does not want to offer any assistance, condescending. If she is soooooo busy, I would suggest they add staff to help her. I will be spending my money for my 9 day rental elsewhere.

I rented a car from here and let the lady(Sabrina) know I was going to take it to a different city and drop it off. She said it was fine to call in and set it up. When I called she was rude and hung up on me. I had to call corporate to find a solution. They said it was a private place and nothing they could do. I then had to call back and explained to a manager what had happened. They said I had to pay 400 to drop it off. Then they shut off the car when I had it until I paid 400 when it wasn’t even the drop off date. Definitely worth spending a couple extra dollars to stay away from here.
