Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have always had Great experiences with Enterprise Leasing. Customer service, quality of autos, Cleanliness of autos, Pricing, etc.nnThe only complaint that I have is that often the autos have a pungent Marijuana Odor in them that I do not appreciate especially for my long trips form St. Charles, Mo - St. Joseph, MI and back.

Had a great experience with Brandie and Mike. They were both extremely helpful, really made us feel as if they cared about our purchase, and showed that us that we were being heard. They have been extremely understanding throughout our entire purchasing process and did us a few favors. Definitely a good experience and I’m happy with my new car.

The best place to rent a vehicle I got a 2020 Malibu very nice car I wanted a Ford Fusion but they didn't have what I reserved so they gave me a discount 144.00 for a week in and out in less than 15 minutes the staff was awesome they don't pick you up right now because of Covid 19 but thats okay I had a ride there you can't leave your car on their lot any more either insurance won't let them anymore great car very comfortable had All the bells and whistles got 34 MPG on the highway about 29 in town lots of trunk room not a whole lot in rear seat.

My recent experience with Enterprise located @ 4391 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, St. Peters, MO 63376 was disappointing from beginning to end. I called to let them know I was waiting to be picked up. I had to call them back to see if they were coming because my wait was so long. When he arrived he said he was trying to time his pick ups close together so he wouldn't have to make multiple trips. REALLY!!! Oh, I have nothing to do but sit and wait for Enterprise. When I was picked up the shuttle was dirty with stains on the seats/floor and it did not have heat. Once we arrived at the Enterprise there was a lady on the phone and you could tell she was annoyed.Her eyes were rolling up to the ceiling and her body language/facial expression spoke volumes. Not what I expected walking in the door from an employee... I made my reservation the week before and made sure they knew I did not want a compact car. They must did not read the information because they tried to give me a compact car. We went outside to walk around the car and it had a very recognizable dent on the passenger side. He told me not to worry about it he will mark it. I refused that car. Why would I pay to rent a dented car and mine isn't dented??? We went to a 2nd car and it was ok but I could tell they did a rush job in cleaning the inside. I went home and had to wipe it down. I was so relieved to take Enterprise car back early. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

BEWARE! DO NOT RENT CARS FROM THIS LOCATION! AND IF YOU MUST. BE SURE TO GET A SECOND PRICE QUOTE FROM ANYONE BESIDES THE BROWN HAIRED FEMALE. SHE WILL PRICE GAUGE YOU EVERY CHANCE SHE GETS! SHE HAS NO BUSINESS DOING BUSINESS WITH ANYONE, HER BEHAVIOR IS CRIMINAL!
