Budget Car Rental

This is relevant for the Avis/Budget which occupy this address.nnunfavorable, potentially unsafe, unhealthy and costly.nnTo begin, the rental agent at pickup seemed more concerned about fueling another vehicle than assisting my pickup and answering questions I had about the vehicle. She was only employee visible at the facility. During the rental the vehicle I had rented had both an electrical faults and radio faults, this required me to have to stop driving the car and rent a hotel room in proximity to an Avis location due to the vehicle problems 300miles prior to my destination. The next morning when I moved the passenger seat forward to take my belongs out of the faulty van I found the Vehicle had 7 empty beer cans under passenger seat. Clearly, it was not cleaned from the previous rental. In these times that is a huge safety concern, and oversight.nnWhen after waiting until the next day to swap the faulty vehicle out; I was told that since the damaged vehicle didn't have the original amount of fuel, I would be charged $9.62 a gallon for gas.nnSo after the inconvenience of having not clean, broken rental, that was loaded with half empty beer cans, the frustration of having to pay for a hotel ($130), and then an additional travel day to my trip causing my schedule to be impacted for prepaid and reserved events at my destination; I now had to go put a half a tank of fuel into a broken car so not be charged another $110 to not have my trip impacted even more.nnThankfully the replacement vehicle seemed to be clean and functioned well. My Avis/Budget experience was very unfavorable, potentially unsafe, unhealthy and costly. To note a positive point, the agent at the return of the vehicle was quite pleasant and professional, noting that I would have opportunity to file a survey about my experience.

These people are crooks.. Was charged almost 500 for 4 days. They never went over insurance and chaeged us the most expensive plan they had along with Giving us a dirty. Car. When we called to complainCar. Then cuz we was a hourate they charged my account amother 120!!!! Do not rent from these people they will rob u

I wish I had looked at the reviews before renting from here! Never again will I deal with this location or with Budget company as they are misleading and all they want is your money! Rented a car and declined their insurance which they force on you, the car reeked of cigarettes and went back and told the agent and said they would note it. Upon returning the car they did not check it come to find out 4 days later they charge my card $178 for a new tire claiming the car had a damaged tire and was undriveable which was total BS it was their way of sticking it to me. Customer service is of no help! Beware of Budget
