Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good rate. Friendly staff. Greatly appreciated the ride home on my return.nDidn't get the car I reserved because I was :30 min late arriving.

Enterprise discriminates against women!!! I was just denied a car. They are horrible people. Use a different rental agency.

One way rental. Pick up in Platte Woods MO was quick and efficient even amid Covid. The gentleman assisting was polite and even gave me a nice upgrade. Return to Columbia MO off the interstate was just as quick and painless. Nice young lady helped there. Employee training must be top notch! Tip: Before you say no to having them fill the tank at the end, find out their current gas rate. I saved over 15 cents a gallon and didn't have to stop at a gas station before returning it. I would definitely recommend and rent from Enterprise again.

very bad place one of the ladies behind the desk would not accept my paper work even though the light company and the water deparment said we owed no bills, she still requires me to returing 4 times withe different paper work, stating the same thing. and in the endshe would not accept my visa debate card. that i have used for everything that i purchase any where else the last 5years. On top of that the manager was just as rude.

We had our car stolen and recovered with some damage, so it ended up being in the body shop for a couple weeks. Our insurance company, American Family, has an agreement with Enterprise for discounted rental cars in that scenario. Our insurance agent sent the information to Enterprise and had a call from Enterprise in literally minutes asking about what kind of car I needed, time to pickup, etc. Ended up having the car for about 2 weeks and Enterprise manage all the notifications to the insurance company with no hassles. It is was a great experience without any issues! Kudos to both Enterprise and American Family Insurance on a great partnership.
