The Chestertown location has been a real lifeline for people in our small town. Cars are always in stock, kept in great shape, and available for when it's time to cross the Bay Bridge for travel. Everyone there has been helpful, patient, and also mindful of COVID precautions.

Use hertz....this Local small town office has the rudest woman who works the desk. Had an accident was working with the insurance company went to pick up my car that I have a reservation for which means there should be a car reserved for me when I come to pick it up and they told me they couldn't get me in a rental for 3 more days.... My recommendation would be to use the local Hertz office much more pleasant and aware of customer service they brought a car from another office so they had one that day for me On a last minute. If I could give this enterprise less than one store I would hurts I recommend with 5 stars....

Seriously the nicest employees I’ve ever dealt with at any rental place. They upgraded us for free to a mini-van and picked us up at the marina. We will use them every time we are in town!

Nice service. Pocked us up at our marina and they were very nice, despite being the only game in town.
