Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I pick up my car n it was not clean at all. Someone that had the car before me smoke weed in there n left it in there. N I couldn't change cars. Then I end up finding food n a pill. I was riding with my 11 month old I was so mad. This was my first time renting a car but I know the next I ever rent a car I will check it before we leave out of there.

I had a very bad experience with this people. When the car has been given to me they asked to me look for dents and by the time I return it they say that the tail gate is misaligned which can’t be seen by a human eye. There is not even a single scratch on it to say that it has met with an accident. Finally they don’t even listen to my point of conversation and sent a damage costs bill. Better purchase insurance with them if not they gonna make you pay for nothing wrong done.

I've rented from this location several times, and every time has been great. The car was clean and was ready when I needed to get it. Be aware if you call and make an appointment on the schedule line, they need to check ACTUAL availability with the location you want to rent from. My agent put me on hold so she could verify they had what I needed before completing the reservation. Otherwise, you could make a reservation and they could not actually have the car you need at the location. Other than that, Enterprise is the best car rental company and I will continue to use them.

Check in process was easy and employee was very friendly and helpful.

Second time renting from enterprise. The first visit was excellent, when I went back for my second rental I was given a car that had not been cleaned very well and was really small for the class of car I reserved. Overall they have good prices. And I would consider again
