Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great staff, clean cars. My son 2as excited that we got a Dodge (he thinks they are like Lamborghini's. Dont know why, I just roll with it). Brianna was so sweet and the pick up guy was super nice. All around great people.

I always use Enterprise for rentals. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the rental I got (only choice I had) smelled like the last person who had it chain smoked in it. It was horrible. I cleaned the inside myself and did one of those air freshener bombs inside, but it only helped a little bit because the smoke was embedded in the leather (needs a professional cleaning). Also, whomever had it before me ragged the engine out. It only had 29,000 miles on it, but ran like it had 200,000 miles on it. Please, please, please don't smoke in rental vehicles. The person after you may be a non-smoker, former smoker, or allergic to cigarette smoke. Be considerate. Enterprise also needs to do a better job of cleaning the vehicles before the next renter (that means inside as well) and impose a fine on those who smoke in the rental vehicles...there are visible no smoking stickers in the car. I used to smoke, but I never smoked in vehicles nor indoors. I have respect for others, but so many obviously don't.

My experience was great, Go see Ryan at the Denham Springs office. He walk thru the procedure getting a rentsl car and got the best price, and made sure I got the extra insurance on my rental, which save me a great deal, thanks Ryan

I arrived at 8:30am for a 9am appt to pick up an 8 passenger vehicle (I have a very large family). They say they do not have one available and give me a 7 passenger but will call me when the 8 passenger comes in. They call me at 12:30 and when I arrive to trade out, they stick me in a vehicle that was on the lot at 8:30 AND I had asked about. I realize 8 passenger vehicles are not usual but they didn't even try to find one for me on another lot. Since I wasn't paying for it, the insurance company is, I guess they think my patronage does not matter. Total waste of my day. I'll insist on another company next time!

The car company that won't pick you up when you are stranded in the freezing cold if you're less than a mile away and a half hour from their closing time. After sprinting there in the dark avoiding getting killed by cars and semis I find four people in the warm building playing on their phones. Keith explained it wouldn’t be fair to other customers if they got me since it was their policy to not pick people up after 530pm.
