I had an awesome car for the weekend, the rates were good and they have my future business as they are always kind and friendly!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have what you need.

Terrible service. The lady at the front desk at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional. Claimed that they tried calling three times regarding a rental car being unavailable, but it was completely untrue. They called once, did not leave a voice-mail, and did not return our multiple phone calls to them even though we called back immediately. Absolutely no help at all. Worst experience we've ever had with a rental company. Will never use the Enterprise in Waycross again.

We loved our Suburban we rented to take to Panama City Beach, Florida...Only problem was, we rented a van 3 weeks prior to vacation and the day of we get a call and say it’s it available..We get to destination to get vehicle and we had to stand in heat 98 degree and wait on a vehicle to be detailed..
