Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from Enterprise regularly so I can travel to Georgia in order to visit family. I’ve had great experiences using the 20th Street location for my rental needs.nnThey always have a large selection of vehicles to choose from and are willing to help you find what vehicle best suits your rental needs.nnThis location is open on Saturdays, however Saturday hours are reduced and they are only open until noon.nnThe staff is courteous, very professional, and very welcoming. Jordan provides an amazing customer experience. He will get you taken care of quickly and efficiently.nnIf you are under the age of 25 you can still rent from enterprise, but they do charge a “Young Renters Fee” of $20 a day. That can get pretty pricey if you’re looking to rent for multiple days, so I would recommend having someone 25 or older complete the rental process if possible.nnAlso, you can use a debit card to get the rental, just know that they will charge an additional $200 deposit to your card which will be returned should you return the rental with no damage and no smoke smells or evidence.nnThe only thing preventing me from providing a 5 star review would be the General Manager, I believe his name is Mason. Keep in mind I fall into that “young renters” category I mentioned above (I am 23 years old). When I have had to deal with him in the past he has made me feel as if he was uncomfortable renting to me, which I do not know why unless it is my age. No other members of the staff have ever made me feel unwelcome and have always been willing to help without hesitation.

This location is the best one to deal with in Chattanooga in my opinion. The Lee Hwy location management I will never rent from. Make sure you do a complete walk around before you rent from the Lee Hwy Chattanooga location. They charged my dad for previous damages to a vehicle that was no fault of ours. I rented a car that was supposed to be a mid size and received a economy car. When I got into the car it smelled like someone tried to cover up cigarette smoke with spay to mask the smell. I also was concerned about the new deductible being $300 now instead of $200 because of spring break. I was given a Nissan that feels like the transmission is about to completely give out in one more minute. I normally don’t have issues with this location but this week has been 100% different. Not to mention the $300 they took for my last transaction still hasn’t come back in my account.nnOther than that I do like the customer service.

They are always great to work with...nnMy son that drives tractor trailers for a livingnAlso rented a Enterprise Rent-A-Car The same day I was working with Enterprise...nHis tractor trailer broke down in West Virginia and he rented an Enterprise to come home to Chattanooga while they were fixing it...nThen he rented another one to go back to West Virginia after they fixed his tractor trailer...nnHe told me he was very happy with the enterprise also...

The employee I talked to was very friendly & everything went good. The one negative about this location is I couldn't leave my vehicle there because of possibly vandalism. That was an inconvenience to us & I will definitely avoid this location in the future. Thanks
