::UPDATE:: had to Uber to new pickup location and they said the system messes up and they have zero cars available and won’t for two weeks.nnConfirmed a car rental and the pick up location they sent me to was closed and just had a note that said I need walk 45 minutes to a different location. No notification email, no heads up, just a piece of paper at a closed location. Once I waited on hold for 30 minutes I got connected to a call center in India where the representative told me all they could do is give me directions to the new pick up location. I will never use Miles Rental again.
I was looking for a car to rent and saw $16.84 per day, so I reserve it, paid $67.36, then get a voucher saying it's actually going to cost me $449.08!! Like, are you serious! That's false advertising and I want to cancel that reservation and get my money back please.
Excellent service provided by Miss Camila Rodríguez, very professional, diligent and with a service vocation. The company is very transparent, what they tell you in the call center is fulfilled. The car is excellent general conditions. 100% recommended !

They are the BEST! No hidden charges, everything is extremely clear with them and the customer service is the best, even when you have to make last-minute changes... Mr. Daniel Orjuela was super helpful and prompt with the changes I needed. I have used Miles Car Rental several times now and I do wholeheartedly recommend them.
