Great rental experience and stunningly simple returns! Also loved the opportunity to support a truly local, family run business - that's getting harder to do, particularly in the rental car space. Good on this group for running such a great company, competing with faceless giants! The return process is really great - they partner with a parking garage, so have extended return hours where you just drive in to the garage, hand over the keys and walk away. So simple!
My favorite part about renting with Milani was the pick up of the car. Quick, easy, minimal paperwork. The car was immaculate. I highly recommend Milani if you want an out of this world car. I will use them again !
