*EPIC* The owner was NOT racist whatsoever. He only called me the n-word, which was no big deal. There were pee stains on the seats,but the smell could've been worse. Considering I stayed at the Sherwood Motel, this was extraordinary. Overall 5 stars EPIC
Avoid this location. They hardly have any cars and the associate is rascist. Was offered a mini van instead of a compact car. Enquired about other locations but the associate said they’re sold out. A few minutes later, she offered an exchange deal (switch the mini van for a sedan at the airport) to another customer. I understand it’s busy during the holidays and that works both ways (you maybe be running out of cars but at the same time I’m scrambling for a ride).
Impossible to find. Extremely unhelpful when you do.
Reserved AND prepaid for an SUV two weeks in advance. I arrived the morning of and they did not have the SUV onsite, nor did they have one in their fleet. Associate was unapologetic, and gave me a customer service number to call for my refund.
Terrible location.
