I will never use Hertz again after my experience at this location. I arrived at this location when it opened because I had a reservation. When I arrived inside there was already a line forming - at least 15 individuals. The teller announced that everyone who was inside the store would not be getting their vehicle today despite having reservations. The teller did not give us any support and told us we needed to leave and call customer support. This was our second cancelled reservation in two days (the other location closed their doors hours before their scheduled closing so we could not access our vehicle).nnDue to the negligence of this company, myself and others were left in a terrible situation without transportation. Customer support suggested that I had to pay hundreds of dollars more to rent another vehicle on the same day from a different Hertz location. They were unwilling to offer us the same price we had originally had.nnI have always used Enterprise but wanted to save a few dollars and try out Hertz. I will now willingly pay more money for the added professionalism and support that Enterprise provides and will encourage everyone to do the same and avoid Hertz at all costs.

Do not rent from here. Someone tracked my car from this location to my complex. Stole the rental after only having for 2 hours with their own key. Gotta be an inside job. They found the car months later and now they want 20k for stealing their own car.

ABSOLUTE WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY EVER.nnI came to Georgia from Florida; not knowing my flight was going to be late when I made the reservation, I missed the check in time by THIRTY MINUTES. They would not give me the car I ALREADY PAID FOR. They told me since I missed the reservation I forfeited the car.nnHow is the plane being late ANY OF MY FAULT, I just don’t understand how a car rental place near an airport can change reservations on people.nnOh! I wasn’t the only one this had happened to either. There was about four different parties of people that herts completely screwed today. F*** this company!!!

Great customer service and great cars . I’m always in and out in little to no time . I rent the vehicles for business purposes and my overall experience always exceeds my expectations.
