It was easy enough to book on line although I do miss the personal touch. The car was clean and picking up and returning was effortless. Felt it was good value.
Cost too much and not sure if i got correct ammount back after tally-. Needed the car for a family emergency so i will just have to bite the bullet. CAR was clean and cx service was great but all the extra fees was pricy
Awful experience because my reservation number could not be found. I waited to get another reservation and the vehicle assigned to me had not been cleaned or gassed up. The air pressure sensor light was on because the front passenger tire was low. I had to take the vehicle because I needed to get my family to the Atlanta airport for a scheduled flight.
Costumer Services lie about the rates. When I got there it was $128 more than I had on my credit card. Miss my engagement cause of them
The staff are very friendly and professional the cars are well maintained and very clean.
