Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience was surprisingly great. I rented from a few Enterprises but this by far was the best experience. They made me feel welcomed & greeted me with a smile. The young ladies at the counter were delightful. Plus the gentleman pulled my car up to the sidewalk which saved me a lengthy walk to the parking lot. My car was great. It drove good, smelled good & I left it in great condition as it was when I received it. I will be renting again. Have a blessed day.

The Absolute Worst Enterprise Location! I rent from Enterprise a lot, and the Albany airport location is by far the WORST location and experience I have ever had with the company. If you want to ensure that you are placed in a vehicle, please do yourself a favor and go to the neighboring Avis desk. I made reservations at least two weeks in advance on two separate occasions, and they were sold out both times. I also did not receive a phone call from the location on either occasion to try to confirm my reservation or to even notify me that they did not have any vehicles available. I even attempted calling the location a few days beforehand the second time around, but of course, this location does not answer the phone. The only reason I even gave this location another chance is because the first reservation was for the Labor Day holiday weekend so I chalked it up to the holiday rush. However, this was definitely not the case. On the second occasion, I was explicitly told by the customer service representative that “people are lucky to get a car” and “a reservation does not secure a vehicle since cars are given on a first come, first served basis”. This in itself is completely illogical because Enterprise does not offer a pay-in-advance option so what exactly is the point of making a reservation?? The craziest thing about both of these rental experiences is that Enterprise Customer Care is also apparently incapable of contacting the area management team. My complaints have been “escalated” three times now, and there has still not been a resolution. That said, if you have issues with this location (which you will), please don’t expect anything to be done about it. This is clearly why this location continues to provide terrible service. Read the other reviews. Avoid this location like the plague.

Great service! I was in & out. The two women and the young man took care of me expeditiously. I was highly satisfied & this will be location that I rent from when I'm home.

The young lady that assisted me attitude was nasty, also she was not clear about the amount charged to my card, I’ve done business with them frequently and I feel I was over charged and she was being very difficult to do business with. She was not friendly, apologetic or helpful. I would think Enterprise would want people that will represent they’re company in a positive way!

Enterprise is usually the best service and cleanest cars. I travel almost every week for work and I choose enterprise 9/10 times. This specific location at Albany Airport gave me a disgusting car and even worse service. The woman was uninterested in making her customers happy and could not have cared less about the quality of product she was renting out. In her defense, she looked overworked and underpaid; so maybe she was just having a bad day. Either way I won’t be using enterprise at this location. Renter beware.
