Super smooth process for Uber drivers, closed to the general public, in and out service, the except debit cards, NO DEPOSIT required & the gentleman who assisted me with my pick up was great. Awesome visit and customer service

My reservation was not ready even though we set it up a week ahead of time. The vehicle was not clean...nothing that i had to touch was wiped down. We used our own Lysol wipes inside the vehicle. I was told by the desk associate that we don't detail. I also spoke with customer service and was told to call the location and get another car. There were no other cars there for rent. I had reservations for an Airbnb over an hour away with no chance of a refund, so i could not wait for other options.

The agents at the Morrow branch was very helpful and understanding. When they messed up, they owned up to their mistake and didn't pass it off to someone else. I recomend the Morrow Branch for anyone who will need a vehicle.

First let me say it’s not good to judge the book by the cover, so what a waste of time, I had done completed application for financing about 2-3 weeks, Avis calls me back about my application and set appointment for me 2:45pm I arrive at 3:06pm , the sales men couldn’t find my application, which is really weird but okay. He ask me was I’m doing a trade in and I told him no, I like my 2016 Toyota Camry which I’m still financing, I had got my current car thur Avis in Florida, which why I don’t understand why I have to trade my car in, I just wanted another car update which was a 2021 Toyota Camry, this guy telling me I have to trade my car in... no sir this is not my first time having 2 car so idk why he was trying to play me... I have financed my wife car while I still have my car also, so I know it’s possible... this guy tells me there’s nothing he could do.. after I done drove 30mins to this location.. I told him that I wanted to put down 1500.00 which I have money on me, but it’s the whole principle of how he shut me down, I believe so he could go home but that’s okay I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone financing here at Avis... I will just go to Toyota dealership I’m pretty sure they would help me getting into the car I want... all the times of financing have I never been dismissed without any reason and now that’s the crazy part, he tells me nothing he could do and no reason why... people like this don’t deserve my hard working money.. trust and believe I will get the car I want..✌ud83cudffe

Agents worked with me on booking and extending my rental. Although frustrating to get to a live person once I was able to do so they were friendly and helpful. Desk guy at Morrow was pleasant and advised me about drop off protocols and had a friendly conversation.
