Anytime I visit Nissan of Morrow for services, it is always an exceptional experience.nnOn this specific visit the Service Advisor named Randy Morse was phenomenal!!!!nHe is level of customer service was stellar! He was prompt, proficient and efficient. He not only assisted me with the services that I was there for, but he also attended to the needs of other questions and requests that I had. He took the time to check on me while I waited for my vehicle and took care of my needs. I am truly impressed and pleased with how important it was to him to take care of me and my vehicle.nnKUDOS TO RANDY MORSE FOR PROVIDING ABSOLUTE OUTSTANDING AND STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

GREAT FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE My car was in need of a route oil and filter change and I was inquiring about my transmission fluid and asked about if they check it. I was given some valuable information about the question I asked also a price of the service that is needed for my transmission as always I was very pleased with the customer service and the knowledge that is shared when I come in for service to my vehicles and he explained my service report after it had been serviced during my check out very professional and friendly always I love it customer service is vital and he delivers it AWESOME JOB

Although I wasn't thrilled that the price for the BASIC oil change have increased, i was really surprised with the service. Generally, you're provided feedback on your multi-point inspection however this time around I did not have any feedback from the service tech. Which typically I would say is a great thing however I know it is time for my in-cabin filter to be changed (I had the NEW one clearly visible in the car on the front passenger floor board) however the service advisor/tech did not mention that it needed to be changed. It was mentioned in my last servicing, but not this time around. Therefore I am led to believe that the technicians are not even checking like they use to.

My experience at Nissan in Morrow was nothing short of excellent professionalism by Gerodo the guy who works in service. His knowledge of what was going on with my car was impeccable, he was very patient And took his time in explaining Everything in detail. I would recommend anyone to go see him he is very knowledgeable in what he does.

They were awesome! Best car dealership in Atlanta right here. I was in and out so fast I was surprised with the service. Dwain and Renee helped me choose the car best for me and got me what I wanted. They did everything in their power to have me driving in the car I wanted asap! This dealership was fantastic and I can't believe the deal I got! If you need a car I would highly recommend coming and getting your next car from this location.
