I hope this reach who ever it needs to at the Customer Service Department.This my First time doing Business with them and will be my last it was very unprofessional . I called to speak with someone about when my rental was due back a young lady answer the phone so once she looked up my information she then said the car was due back this morning so i said since I'm working doing that time what i needed to do I notice she had me on speakerphone because she was yelling so i asked her to speak clearly where i can hear her she then picks up the phone and said can you hear me now and I said yes just don't yell she said ain;t nobody yelling but before i can get any information and detail on whats next she just hung up the phone when I tried to call back there was no answer. Very ,very bad Customer Service where I spend my money I will not recommend nobody to go there . Please respond.
