Everyone was very kind and polite. My car was ready when I got there and drop off was extremely simple. I’ve used other rental services, but always prefer Enterprise.
Great experience from start to finish. This Mt.Zion location is the best and only one I will ever go to. Professional and helpful through and through.
Is ok to rent a car from, the service is pretty fast. They don't pick you up anymore because of Covid19 and the parking lot is awkward. Other than that it was fine. Be prepared to wait in line outside tho.
Reserved a car over two weeks ago.nDrove 40 minutes to get to the place to be told that they’ll not only up charge and some... but then after everything- tell me that there are no cars available to take. About 3 people walked out the place within 15 minutes upset due to their inability to execute their job correctly. I don’t know anyone who likes their time wasted. Place is in shambles...
My car was rented through a insurance claim, the insurance company set a reservation for a full size car, upon arriving at the location, first thing was having to stand outside in 80degree weather, along with about 12 more customers, second to be told no cars was available but mini vans, third waited 2 and half hours, not taking a mini van, they produced a kia soul, fourth and the worse I asked the sales rep. Was this a full size car, he stated yes, I known better, poor customer service and not delivering what the customer reserved, overall very unsatisfied customer service
