My family started using Puckett to transport a family member to doctors appointments starting in September 2013. This company does not provide a receipt at the time of transport and as of today, January 2014, we are still trying to get an invoice to file with medicare for services that were paid for. No complaints with the actual service provided, on time, professional drivers, etc. Just dropped the ball on the administrative side. Using Caring Man In A Van and having no issues at all.
I used this service to transport me to my house from rehabilitation unit. They were on time and fair price.
