Excellent experience at Rent A Used Car. We are under 25 renters so all of the other mainstream rental companies charge outrageous underage fees. At rent a used car, no additional fees were added for age. Rental minivan was in good shape, going into it expecting a used car the condition of it was reasonable. Tim Springer at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous, patient when registering us for our car. Even contacted our insurance company to ensure that we were covered in liability and collision. We rented for 6 days and didn't have any problems. Would recommend for anyone who doesn't really mind driving a used cars, and especially for people in their early 20's to avoid underage fees.

Great place to get a cheap rental. Friendly staff. Carol went above and beyond to get an insurance waiver so the car would be covered. My go-to for car rental!

I asked the mechanic next door for a good rental car recommendation and he gave me this place. WORST SERVICE EVER! Not only did they promise one kind of car and then CHANGE IT WITHOUT TELLING ME, they also made clerical errors in my payment! The girl on the phone took all my information and said she would give me a Chevy Malibu for about $205. Great, fabulous! I thought. The day I came to pick it up (about 4:30pm) they showed me a completely different car with a $100 markup to my bill! I was angry about the crazy out of the blue price difference, and the guy behind the counter basically stuck his finger in my face and told me I was wrong. He said he'd given me a discount because they messed up, but he acted so put upon because I asked what had happened!nHe told me if I was dissatisfied I could go somewhere else (it was 5:00pm by then, I needed the car very early the next morning, I didn't want to be SOL.)nnSo i don't know what's going on, they acknowledged that they messed up, but still blamed me for it???nnTerrible experience. Don't come here.
