STAY AWAY! Go find another place!!!! Save yourselves TIME and MONEY! This place has HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE! They don’t listen at all to what you have to say and waste your time. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. After driving 40 minutes to get here and they changed their mind on letting us rent. We got here at the time we were supposed to be here and lied to us. He couldn’t get his story straight. The man on the phone said allow it and the man at the desk started saying he said it’s not allowed to rent at 19 when the man on the phone said as long as they have a credit card and proof of insurance. WE DID. Don’t waste your time or energy. Horrible customer service.
Went through Expedia to rent a small SUV, got there at my arrival time customer service gentleman told me to hang tight while he sees if their is a car for me. Luckily there was, he said some people aren't so lucky. Got in the car and realized it was dirty in the inside as it wasn't sanitized or cleaned from the previous customers and there is also a cigarette hole in the passenger seat. The car on the outside wasn't washed either. I notified him about the situation he said not to worry about it. Not a good experience with this place with how the cars are cleaned.

Simply OUTSTANDING professional service from Reuben and Steve each and every time I use AVIS. I have been a customer for a number of years and each and every time I use their service I am never disappointed. Reuben goes out of his way to explain the details of the rental agreement with AVIS and ensures all is in order if you book/reserve in advance. I highly recommend AVIS at this location.
The service here was awful! The SUV was dirty and contained big black stinging ants. Can imagine driving down the highway over 65 mph with a big black ants aimed at your forehead? And the agent said I was lying about it.
