Lindsey was so sweet & polite plus very professional. She really made my day very understanding & caring about my 1hour wait time she kept apologizing which I greatly appreciated. She's a fantastic person, I will be back. I have to also mention Louise so professional great humble spirit. They both made my experience 5 stars. Great job ladies.

I Had to rent a vehicle why my car was being serviced .So I went to enterprise Lantana Fl . I was greeted by Mr JUDE he was very prompt, very patient, and Extremely Professional. I would give him 10 stars the vehicle was clean and disinfected. I would say out of all the enterprises I have been to this was the Best rental car Location with the best Customer Service ..God bless

I had a really great experience. Louise was by far the best car rental person to assist me. She was prompt. She was understanding. Although she was prompt and thorough, she did not rush me. This is why I gave her a 5 star rating today.

The manager and another employee at this location are scam artists. We dropped the vehicle off in perfect condition and one of the obese employees stepped on the floor board and broke a piece of the plastic off and tried to claim it was us. We watched them laughing through the window as we drove off unaware that the joke is on their sorry sad lives. We will not be using this business again and will spread the word that it is being run by two scammers with nothing better to do than steal from good people.
