Steve Sternberg Vehicle Leasing

We leased two Mercedes SUV years ago, and got two lemons. After getting the first Mercedes SUV, it literally stalled on the highway ( Federal). I called Steve, but to no avail. He wouldn’t help and said so. It stalled a second time at the Boca Greens Shopping Center, and we needed to replace the battery! This is a new car! Over a period of 2 years or so, everything in the car broke down, even the suspension. So...with a history file very very thick, I sent it to the dealership the car came from, north of us. Alas....we got a phone call and Steve said “Why didn’t you tell me, I could have helped.” LOL! They would replace the car, but it has to be another Mercedes. So, we chose another black SUV, different style. Not long after, there was no working air conditioning! Then, a multi-variety of things happened. Kept the car for a while and got rid of it. Had to pay, but was worth it not to have the car. Now, we go right to the dealer, and so far I have had great luck with cars. (Based on the lemon law, we could not get the first SUV replaced, despite the fact that the history was huge with problems. I tried with Mercedes headquarters in NJ ( and sent my thick file) but to no avail. I was stuck with it! ). A while later, assuming our lease was over, Steve called for us to get another car through him, but based on two faulty Mercedes SUV’s and no accountability, we decided to move on:)
