Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a little dilemma, but Marisa was able to work it out for me. I appreciate her patience and assistance. Her, the gentlemen that came over to help her for the day and they the car wash guy were all very friendly. Upon returning today another gentleman was also nice. Pleasant service with a smile is great. Would rent from here again. Thank you all for your service.

West Hillsboro always accommodates me with every rental I had. The gentlemen John and Brendan are very nice. The only thing that’s keeps me from giving five stars is that sometimes the inside of the cars are not cleaned as well as they should be and I have to go clean them myself.

I had a car accident the beginning of July. The other driver was at fault and their insurance was to cover my rental. I was told by the representative at Enterprise that the responsible person's insurance was covering X amount of dollars a day and these were my options of cars I could pick. A mini van or a Jeep Compass. I was told all I will be responsible to pay is the tax and the fuel surcharge that I elected. I returned the car and when I got home I realized I had been charged $160. Come to find out Enterprise told them I upgraded the car and they were not covering a more expensive vehicle above the X amount they said they would. I was only given the 2 options in vehicles, that's all they had and the Enterprise rep. said that's what the insurance was covering. I was never told that choosing 1 of the only 2 options given was an upgrade and that I would have to pay more. When I called the Deerfield location they said they would only credit me for half of charge. I shouldn't have had to pay anything. They lied to me and to the Insurance company. They totally scammed more money out of me.

Nice and clean car, easy to work with. Shout out to Brenden and Rachel for getting me a minivan during holiday/spring break.nWould definitely rent from them again.

Great customer service always precedes this company. They go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and I will not ever rent anywhere else! Regardless of location, they are the best.
