Good luck trying to get through to a local branch. There numbers are not listed anywhere. Also was told they could do a pickup and now they say they don't do that.
Our rental had a nail in the tire so we came here to swap out our car. The car smelled horribly of cigarettes. So bad that my family and I now smell like it. There were cigarettes used and left in the car. The inside was never cleaned. There were ashes covering the dash, people’s cups in the back. I was so disappointed to have to drive this car for our week in Florida.
The person that took the car was in a bad mood and was not polite at all. Sad for that. But I was able to return the car with no problem.
