If I could mark mines stars for customer service I do it I arrive pay a cab to take me to pick up a reservation they told me they dint have any cars when I arrive there excuse was they had a glidge in the system witch cost me 130 extra to get back to my hotel I ask why I dint get an email or a call and there excuse was just sorry. Rec'd a nice upgrade, then since it didn't have much luggage room, rec'd another really nice upgrade for the same price. One minor point of confusion: your Budget rental car may be in the Avis section. Just go to the row where they say the car is and ignore the different colored company logos. Photo is the GMC Yukon at the hotel.
