Great location right in Disney World. Easy to schedule a pick up to rental office. Service was very friendly & quick. I was back at the Swan & Dolphin w/in 30 minutes.

The rental vehicle was great! Our issue was when we booked the vehicle we were told the rental was a 24 hour rental with a 2 hour grace period on the end of the rental. If you were over the grace period you would be charged an extra day. When we picked up the vehicle we were told there was no grace period and when we returned the vehicle they said there was a 30 mins grace period and since we were 1hr and 30 mins over our pick up time we got charged an about $150 additional. Very frustrating when you are told 3 different things all from the same company and then get over charged. We will definitely not rent from Alamo again.

Picked up a vehicle from a different location. Noticed a flapping sound and found the problem. Contacted customer support who told us to take it to the nearest location. Glad we did as Megan had us in a new car in less than 10 minutes. Great professional and friendly service. .

No cars available when we arrived. When we’ve made reservations they didn’t have a car for us and now when we didn’t, they didn’t have a car, and this was low season. What do they do in high season? Why can’t they post a notice on their web site that there are no cars available? They refused to help me find another Alamo or Nat’l rental place. The guy in front of me complained upon drop off that his car was filthy at pick up.

The only saving grace for Alamo was the friendliness of the pick up driver at Disney World and the car was nice. The major issues were 1. There was no one at the front desk when I came to pick up my car. I had to search around to find someone. 2. When I had to extend my rental 1 1/2 days, the cost was nearly three fold my original two day rental and collectively cost just over $600. The phone rep was short and not friendly. When looking at a the same rental on Alamo's website for a week, the total cost was $311. They definitely took advantage of a guy who was in a crunch and scalp the price. Book your rental and don't change it people if you do book with Alamo. Personally, I won't use them again.
