Best hidden secret in Disney. Fast counter service. Quick returns and the BEST customer service.
This was the fastest drop off I have ever had, we pulled up and were met but an agent who took the keys, checked the fuel level and gave me a receipt. In less than 3 minutes total we were on the shuttle to the Grand Floridian. Absolutely fantastic operation!
Easy rental process, with friendly customer service at the pickup (inside the Dolphin hotel @ Disney World).nThe car (compact chosen) was clean and without any issues, easy to drive and suited our needs.
Had to keep the car one more day when Southwest rebooked us to another flight due to 737 issues. Alamo said since it would still be within one week period they wouldn’t charge for an additional day, simply added tax.nAlways great to deal with. No pressure to purchase add ons like other car rental places.
