My husband rented a car at this location for a work trip. When we arrived the place was abandoned. When we called costumer service she claimed it was his company's website that was not updated. Found that to make no sense since we can a confirmation number that was emailed from Hertz. We were was no solution to fix. We were left to figure it out on our own.

On 02/21 I rented a car at the Orlando Airport, and I had to add a baby seat for my little daughter. The costs were high, US $ 14 per day + tax for 10 days, to which I expressed my disagreement and that I was going to buy my own, indicating the Hertz employee that there was no problem and that as soon as I have it I would return it to any branch office. On 22/2 hours 08:30 I went to the office located at the COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT hotel, 8501 Palm Pkwy, Golden Oak, FL 32836, United States. Hotel staff informed me that the HERTZ employee was not there because of what they called her on the phone and told them to leave the baby seat and my reservation number 408803113 and that I should be calm that when I return to the office I would report the refund. The surprise was on 02/03 when I return the car at the airport and they tell me that I must pay for the use of the baby seat because I never returned it, which is a lie. In short, I am in Buenos Aires, Argentina and I have no way of solving it from here because I have called and since I do not speak English I do not understand what they say and hang me.

The guy at Orlando was really customer focused and sorted out the issues we had been presented with at Miami a week before when picking up our car from Hertz there. Well done Orlando, you restored my faith in Hertz. Step up Miami !

Nobody there, had to leave keys with hotel desk, waiting for bill to be emailed. Recieved the bill and it was not right. Had to call customer service to straighten the bill out. Was told by hotel desk they have 1 person for 3 different locations. Not a good way to do business.....

Fast, on time. Not too expensive. Cameron was able to pick me up from my location about 3 miles out and was very nice and concise. Would recommend to anyone on the area if you decide to go further away from Orlando, like Busch gardens or Cape Canaveral and out of reach for shuttle services.
